Your Support

Left: Palm to Soul and Jacques Mollentze worked together to raise funds for an artwork that will be created for the Tankwa and burned at AfrikaBurn 2026, a sanctuary for release, built through care, labour, and belief. 30% of proceeds donated in support to the shelter.

Right: UCT Kickboxing Club came through to show their support by teaching our residents the importance of self-defence and shared proper technique, empowering them with skills, confidence, and strength. We truly appreciate the time and energy invested in our community.

Donations:

We are a registered NPO, and a number of our services rely entirely on the generosity of the public. You can provide a once off donation, or monthly. This will assist us in expanding our reach and support to communities facing multiple discrimination, violence and homelessness.

Fundraisers:

We are always looking for people to raise our profile in their local community and help bring in vital donations to allow us to continue our work.  Give your time to support people, take part in events and raise money for the Shelter. Whether you know what you want to do or are looking for some fundraising inspiration, we’d love to hear from you.

Volunteers:

Our volunteers play a wide range of vital roles in victim support, providing emotional and practical support, assisting our office teams with project work or administration, and assist in raising much needed funds. Whether you’re a university student, graphic designer, a project manager or an HR professional, we have a project that needs your expert skills.

Sponsors:

With your support, we can help victims of multiple discrimination feel safer and find the strength to move forward. Find out more about becoming one of our corporate partners.
